Why do I want to be a Barnwood Trustee?

I have a firm belief that those with physical and mental health challenges should be encouraged and helped to lead as full a life as possible. Barnwood with its significant resources is in a unique position to help make this happen.

 

What experience do I bring to the Trust?

I am a chartered accountant and worked for many years in the banking and financial services industry. Upon retirement I was elected as a Gloucestershire County Councillor and served as a cabinet member and Chair of Council. I have been a Trustee and Chair of The National Star College and also Chair of Governors of Sandford School for children with BES (Behaviour, Emotional and Social) difficulties.
