How do I apply?
You can download application forms from this website or contact us and we’ll send the relevant forms out to you.
Please note, all grant applications must be made through, or endorsed by, a social or healthcare professional, such as an occupational therapist, social worker, health visitor, district nurse or community psychiatric nurse; someone qualified to confirm what is best for the applicant.
How long does it take?
All Opportunities Award applications are considered at one of our quarterly Grants Committee meetings. Meetings normally take place in March, June, September and December.
If your request is over £500, ahead of it being considered at Grants Committee, you may be invited to come and have a conversation with us about your plans. You will be able to bring someone with you for support (if required) and reasonable travel expenses will be paid.
