Housing and community spaces
As part of Barnwood Trust’s strategy for the future we will be working with partners to facilitate good-quality housing and community spaces for people with disabilities and mental health challenges throughout Gloucestershire. We will act as a catalyst in the provision of appropriate accommodation, and community spaces where people can meet and socialise in an inclusive, nurturing environment.

Manor Gardens and Newstead Road bungalows
The Trust owns bungalows at Manor Gardens on Barnwood Road, Gloucester, and on an adjacent site on Newstead Road which are now managed by Elim Housing Association. All enquiries should be made to:

Supported living for people with mental health challenges
The Trust owns eight supported housing flats in Gloucester, for people with a mental health challenge who are in transition towards independent living – with support from the charity Rethink Mental Illness.
