Our sheltered housing bungalows meet the needs of mainly older people, who are either infirm or who have a disability.

Other properties
The Trust also manages a property portfolio, the majority of which is made up of charitable property occupied by tenants with disabilities.
These include:
- Five bungalows in Gloucester, designed to be fully accessible to tenants with disabilities
- Eight ‘supported living’ flats in Gloucester, for people with a mental health problem who are in transition towards independent living – with support from the charity Rethink
- A hall of residence attached to the National Star College in Cheltenham, which enables students with a disability to live off-campus in the centre of town
- An Independent Living Centre in Cheltenham, which will be housing a unit demonstrating aids and adaptations available to people living with disabilities, run by the Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust
