FestivALL dates have arrived!
We are pleased to share details of FestivALL 2018, which is taking place at various locations across Gloucestershire between 17 May and 17 June.
FestivALL is a month of local events and get-togethers which aim to break down barriers in our communities across ethnicity, faith, ability, sexual orientation, class, age and gender. The hope is that through FestivALL there will be an opportunity for us all to discover more about the people, places and organisations where we live.
Barnwood Trust has been involved in this project from the outset, supporting a number of organisations to think about ways to collaborate on projects with other groups and to spread a positive message of inclusion – as a part of our influencing work across the county. We have also been supporting with the overarching communications, including providing funds for promotion of FestivALL as a whole, via SoGlos.com.
The team at Gloucester Diocese are hosting two launch events at the Cathedral (details included below). Barnwood Trust are delighted to be attending these, to make some small contribution to what is hoped will be hugely successful dates in bringing people together around shared values – making everyone feel welcome in the county.
