What am I responsible for?
I am responsible for turning research and in time, issues raised by disabled people and people with mental health challenges into campaigns that create positive change in Gloucestershire.
What brings me here?
I started my career working alongside social action groups, I then moved into Parliamentary and Council offices in Gloucestershire and London, focusing on welfare reform casework and campaigns.
What am I working on?
I am working on a campaign to increase opportunity and raise awareness around the barriers to meaningful opportunity for disabled people and people with mental health challenged in Gloucestershire.
What do I enjoy spending time doing for my own wellbeing?
I spend a lot of time walking and listening to a music, quite often at the same time. This is also where I get my some of my best thinking done.
I’m trying to spend less time on social media and more time watching Netflix and I’ve got an ever-growing pile of books that I’ve got plans to read one day. (She/her)
