Jessie Hoskin
Campaigns Lead
What am I responsible for?
My job is to take the research and issues raised by disabled people and people with mental health conditions and to turn them into campaigns that create positive change in Gloucestershire.
What brings me here?
I started my career working alongside social action groups, I then moved into Parliamentary and Council offices in Gloucestershire and London, focusing on welfare reform casework and campaigns.
What do I enjoy spending time doing for my own wellbeing?
I spend a lot of time walking and listening to a music, quite often at the same time. This is also where I get my some of my best thinking done.
I’m trying to spend less time on social media and more time watching Netflix and I’ve got an ever-growing pile of books that I’ve got plans to read one day. (She/her)
