Our work in action

We work with people and organisations across Gloucestershire to improve opportunities, inclusion and access to rights for disabled people and people with
mental health conditions.

Our current programmes include Short Breaks and Access to Nature. Through our Funded Partner programme, we also support changes identified and led by local
organisations and groups.

Explore our programmes, research and past projects below, or read our strategy to understand how this work fits together.
