What am I responsible for?At Barnwood Trust, I look after all things finance and operations—which means I keep a close eye on the numbers, make sure our financial reporting is accurate, and help ensure our offices run smoothly and safely. I work closely with the Leadership Team to guide good decision-making, support budget planning, and make sure we’re following best practice and financial regulations. I also have the joy of managing a great team and helping to create an environment where they can do their best.

What brings me here?

I was drawn to Barnwood Trust because of its mission and the incredible impact it has in Gloucestershire. Being part of an organisation that champions inclusion, rights, and opportunities for disabled people and people with mental health conditions really matters to me. And on a practical level, I love being able to use my finance experience to support meaningful social change.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

When I’m not buried in spreadsheets, I’m usually watching football, hanging out with friends, or running after my two lovely kids—who keep me busier than any month-end deadline ever could!
