What am I responsible for?

I am responsible for leading on research projects looking at issues affecting disabled people and people with mental health challenges in Gloucestershire.


What brings me here?

Since completing a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, I’ve worked in the public, private and charity sectors. I’ve spent the majority of my career to date working in the charity sector, predominately in research roles. My experience spans organisational psychology, research, impact evaluation and project management.


What am I working on?

My current work includes conducting research into the experiences of disabled people and people with mental health problems in relation to accessing education and training, employment and leisure opportunities; and housing.


What do I enjoy spending time doing for my own wellbeing?

I love spending time outdoors, particularly on water. (She/her)
