Why do you want to be a Barnwood Trustee?
Having recently become self-employed, I found I had more time to give back to my community. I’ve been aware of The Barnwood Trust since moving to Gloucestershire 21 years ago and it felt fitting to choose a charity that supports neurodivergent people like myself and the rest of my family. I believe in continued personal development so I look forward to learning from being a trustee too.

What experience do I bring to the Trust?
Having spent the last 15 years of my career in finance positions and most recently as a bookkeeper and accountant, I have a good understanding of the financial pressures of running a charity. I also have personal experience of the struggles of neurodivergent individuals and the mental health issues associated with autism.
