We want to hear from disabled people and people with mental health challenges about what needs to change in the county to make things better. We believe in strength in numbers and the importance of every voice.

We will use what we learn to make change

We want to see positive change so that more disabled people and people with mental health challenges can live the lives they choose.  We will work in local areas and with other organisations to help make this happen.

Funding where it is needed

Sometimes money unlocks opportunities and enables good things to happen for disabled people and people with mental health challenges.  We will provide funding for people, for organisations and to help make change in local areas.
