Barnwood’s Chief Operating Officer Nicola Mosley will leave her role in spring 2026.
We would like to share the news that our current COO Nicola Mosley will be moving on from her role and heading off on the next stage of her life adventures, at the end of April 2026. This is after 13 years at the Trust.
Speaking for Barnwood, CEO Matt Little said:
“The news of Nicola’s leaving will no doubt be greeted by a mix of sadness and gratitude for all that she has given and done, at a time of significant change for Barnwood Trust. Those of you who have worked with Nicola will know that she is a truly amazing person and she has helped build Barnwood to the organisation it is today. She will also leave us with some fantastic developments in train – including groundbreaking and innovative work on social and impact investment.“
Speaking for trustees, Treasurer Paul Hooper said:
“On behalf of the Trustees I would like to thank Nicola for providing strong, dedicated and reliable leadership as a critical member of the leadership team over a period of immense challenges and substantial change at Barnwood. Under Nicola’s financial management the Trust has delivered millions of pounds of investment and driven change in support of disabled people and people with mental health conditions, across the county, whilst maintaining significant resources for future social change. On a personal level I would like to thank Nicola for her financial acumen, it has been a privilege to assist Nicola with her work on impact investing.“
