Opportunities & Housing Survey

Taking part in our snapshot survey

Here at Barnwood Trust we want to make Gloucestershire a better place for disabled people and people with mental health challenges to live. To help us do that we are inviting disabled people and people with mental health challenges (aged 18+) in Gloucestershire to take part in a survey.

The survey questions focus on access to opportunities (such as education, paid work, volunteering, and leisure) and housing. The survey findings will help us know how to support people in Gloucestershire.

More details about the survey are in the information and FAQ sheets below and we’d like to ask you to read them before taking part.

If you receive an invite to take part in this survey from more than one source, please only take part once.

We are asking people to take part by 30th April 2021.
