Why do I want to be a Barnwood Trustee? 

I moved to Cheltenham in 2017 – largely to support my increasingly disabled mother – and was keen to find a voluntary role in the area. The position of Chair at Barnwood was advertised at the same time and I was really impressed by the work that the Trust was doing. I hoped that my skills and experience might be of interest and was delighted to be appointed.

 

What experience do I bring to the Trust?

My executive career was in the housing association sector and my last role was as CEO of Sovereign Housing, a top 10 charitable housing association with almost 60k homes and 2k employees.
