What am I responsible for?

I take overall responsibility for the work of Barnwood Trust’s People and Operations Team. I oversee our people ‘policies and processes’ and making sure that they support the recruitment, training, wellbeing and safe working practices for our employees and volunteers.

What brings me here?

I am a chartered member of the CIPD and have been working in Training, HR (People) and Recruitment based roles for around 12 years.

 

What do I enjoy spending time doing for my own wellbeing?

I love being outside and hiking, running, and travelling to new challenges fuel my wellbeing. I am terrible at meditating or being still generally but love losing myself in anything creative. (She/her)
