Grants for your home
Our ‘Grant for Your Home’ scheme is currently under review, and we are unable to accept any applications.
Please note that we do not have an opening date at this time, but the grant is likely to be closed throughout the summer. Please check this page for updates.
Here are a range of links which may help you if you are in need of support:
Citizens Advice offer free, confidential and impartial advice on a range of issues.

We partner with local organisations who help Barnwood give grants to disabled people and people with mental health challenges in Gloucestershire, who are on a low income – for essential household items.
It is not possible to apply directly to Barnwood Trust for a grant for household items. Applications for this grant are made through a Gloucestershire organisation registered with Barnwood Trust to support the people they work with to apply.
Why has Barnwood made these changes?
We are taking this new approach so that our grants for household items are available to people who most need them. We want to give people a better experience of applying to Barnwood Trust for a grant, and we also want the people applying to us to get appropriate support.
Other sources of funding
We do accept direct applications for Barnwood’s new ‘Grants for you’, to take up an opportunity.
